A Bit About Me
After 15 years of home inspection experience, I have seen so many generally inexpensive maintenance items on homes turn into very expensive problems. Home & Hearth Services exists to empower you by helping you maintain one of your most valuable assets: your home. I will be able to use my vast knowledge and experience as an inspector to not only assess and advise but help you maintain your home and keep it running optimally like clockwork and with little effort or time on your part. We use a digital home maintenance platform to maintain all tasks to be completed or are completed on your home.

I have been a Certified Home Inspector since 2007 and a Certified Master Home Inspector since 2021. I have performed thousands of inspections on everything from light commercial to all stages of new construction homes to all sizes and types of residential housing. I owned my own business in Maryland for 7 years before relocating to Missouri. I have been a licensed Certified Chimney Sweep since 2018.
I was a Construction Inspector for the Navy while on deployments to Djibouti, Africa, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and received two Navy Achievement Medals for my work overseas. I also completed Plumbing and HVAC technical schools and a water treatment course.
I was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps after my commitment was complete as a diesel mechanic who routinely performed inspections on tactical vehicles, trailers, and water bowl "buffalos" as well as maintenance on heavy tactical diesel equipment including 7 ton trucks, humvees, and water bowls at Camp Geiger, NC.
