How It Works

Step 1: Initial Home Assessment, Consulting, & Monthly Maintenance

Our Certified Master Inspector will conduct an Initial Home Assessment & Monthly Maintenance on your home. This includes 2 hours of scheduled time to assess, consult, and complete maintenance on your home. Our home assessments, management, and maintenance change from month to month and season to season.

Step 2: Approve Additional Servicing

After your Home Maintenance Inspection is complete, your consultant will sit down with you and propose a service package for you based on our recommendations and your concerns. Your service package will include all labor & materials cost.

Step 3: Keep Your Home Healthy and Safe

Using our digital home maintenance platform, we will track all records of maintenance and projects. The health of your home will continue to compound the longer we service your home. Maintenance needs, for example, like missing pipe insulation, will likely not need to be replaced again the following year and other maintenance needs can be implemented.
